How to effectively market your business.
Yes, they do generally give you a few ideas of ways to get some leads. However, usually the topic of marketing is brushed over lightly. And really, it's for good reason. In fact, marketing is the lifeblood of any business.
Without marketing, your business will die.
Not only do you need marketing, you need the right kind of marketing. When most people hear the word marketing, they think advertising. Advertising is certainly part of it, but there is more to it than that. If you don't really understand the whole scope of what effective marketing is, then a lot of the money you spend on advertising might as well be flushed down the toilet.
But that's not all. I noticed something else that's usually missing from most real estate investing courses. There are some people that get past the initial hurdles and have a measure of success investing in real estate. In other words, they get some deals done and make some money. But before long, they're faced with another problem.
Soon they feel trapped, just like they did working a 9-5 job, maybe even worse. They realize they can't afford to take a vacation because if they do, they stop making money and it hurts their business. They also end up working long hours and start feeling burnt out.
